Our Vision is to Inspire, Train, and Support the next generation of our planet's wildlife guardians.
Social Impact Campaign
Together with our partners the Global Conservation Corps has developed the RHINO MAN Social Impact Campaign as a way to continue the legacies of Martin Mthembu and Anton Mzimba.
Our ultimate goal is to raise $5 million to drive massive growth in the ranger sector. To start we've set our first goalpost at $100,000. Rangers need your support.
Impact Pathways
Because a world without rangers is a world where poachers, loggers, miners, and polluters have free reign. Learn more about our 3 impact pathways below.
1. Inspire
If you don't love something you wont have a reason to protect it.
The Global Conservation Corps engages thousands of children across Africa through their Future Rangers Program.
They build empathy and skills through classroom eduction and projects. They connect youth to conservation experiences like their first game drive. And they track the best candidates, creating opportunities for them to to become conservation leaders.
Every ranger begins as a child who is passionate about the natural world.
2. Train
A well trained ranger is a safe, happy, and effective ranger.
The Southern African Wildlife College and LEAD Ranger are world-class organizations training thousands of rangers each year across Africa and beyond.
Together they provide a combination of training for new ranger candidates, advanced courses for continued career development, and training for indigenous ranger trainers, who are then able to go back to their units and communicate new skills in their local languages.
Lifesaving sills like trauma care provide benefits not only to rangers out in the field, but at home in their communities.
3. Support
Better gear and better care mean higher morale and happier families.
The Thin Green Line provides necessary and emergency equipment for ranger teams in need.
Over 140 rangers die on the job each year, and in many cases they lack proper life insurance leaving their families without a source of income or financial support. In these desperate times, the Thin Green Line steps in to assist these families with their Fallen Ranger Fund.
A portion of these funds also go toward our continued support of the rangers at the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve.

Reasons Why You Should Support
There are many reasons why we need to come together as a planet and support our rangers. Here is a short list to inspire you to take action.
- Rangers risk their lives to protect endangered species and habitats.
- Rangers fight fires, monitor wildlife, remove invasive species, and uphold the law.
- Rangers often lack the training and equipment they need to do their dangerous work.
- The Global Initiative to protect 30% of our planet by 2030 is 2 million rangers short.
- Rangers are often the sole breadwinners supporting large families.
- Without connected and inspired youth, who will fill the boots of rangers like Anton?
IMPACT PARTNERS
JUSTICE FOR ANTON
On July 26th, 2022 the lead ranger in RHINO MAN and our close friend, Anton Mzimba, was murdered at his home by hitmen in connection to a rhino poaching syndicate. After more than 2 years there has yet to be an arrest in connection with this crime.
Help us bring justice to Anton's killers. With enough voices we can get the authorities to make his case a priority. Please follow the link to sign our petition.
Host A Screening
Please contact us if you or your organization would like to put on an impact screening of RHINO MAN. Our mission is to bring support and awareness to rangers in Africa and beyond. You can make a difference.
